Payment
Once we have discussed your glass project with you, and supplied you with a formal quote, Relkie Art Glass requires a 20% deposit (on custom work) to start drawing your glass projects. To start the project once the drawing has your approval, we will require an additional 30%. Once project is complete, we will e-mail you a picture of the finished art glass, and then we require the final 50% before we ship. Smaller or stock items require a 50% deposit to start the glass and 50% upon completion. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for completion and delivery.
We accept MasterCard and Visa or cashiers cheque.
Shipping & handling
Having developed a proven packaging system assures you the safety of your art glass delivery to any destination. Our glass is also fully insured by our carrier. Any claims for breakage must be filed to the carrier. We will assist you with any claims, and will make sure you get your replacement glass. Be sure to inspect your crate for any damage before the carrier leaves, and photograph any damage to crate or glass.
Guarantee
Relkie Art Glass guarantees the workmanship and materials free of defects. At Relkie Art Glass, we create our own thermal pane sealed units that has a 10-year guarantee against moisture failure.
Privacy
Our Company will treat your information as private and confidential. We will not disclose your data to a third party without your express permission or required by law. We will not distribute you personal information to be used in mailing lists, or any other purposes other than required to perform our services.
